Radha Krishna Foodland Pvt. Ltd. (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides warehousing, last-mile delivery, complaint management, and related supply-chain services to clients via our mobile and web application (“App”). We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting personal data collected through the App and our services. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, how we share it, and your rights.

2. Scope

This policy applies to:

  • Client users (customers, brand contacts you onboard) who use the App to manage services.
  • Internal staff and agents who use the App for operations and management.
  •  Visitors to our website and users of our APIs.

3. Types of data we collect

We collect the following categories of data — only where necessary and with proper authorization:

Account & identity

  • Full name, company name, email address, phone number, username, profile photo, role &
    permissions.
    Contact & service details
  • Company address, warehouse locations, delivery/pickup addresses, contact persons,
    preferred delivery windows.
    Operational & transactional data
  • Order IDs, shipment tracking numbers, inventory SKU details, item details, timestamps,
    delivery statuses.
    Device & usage data
  • Device identifiers, OS version, app version, IP address, crash logs, analytics events for
    improving the App.
    Location data
  • Delivery and pickup addresses (precise or approximate) and device geolocation only when
    required to carry out last-mile/warehouse operations or for route optimization. We will
    request runtime permission from device users for any precise location collection.
    Communications & support
  • Chat logs, phone call metadata (if applicable), complaint/ticket content, customer feedback.
    Authentication & security
    1. Password hashes, JWT tokens, access logs.
    Sensitive data
  • We do not intentionally collect special category personal data (health, racial/ethnic origin,
    religious beliefs, etc.). If we do, we will seek explicit consent and follow applicable law.

4. Legal basis for processing (where required)

  • Performance of a contract (providing warehousing, delivery, complaint handling).
  • Legitimate interests (improving services, fraud prevention, security), balanced against users’
    rights.
  • Consent (for optional uses such as marketing or precise location when needed).
  • Legal obligations (retaining records for regulatory compliance).

5. How we use the data

  • We use collected data to:
    Provide and operate the App’s features (manage orders, track deliveries, warehouse
    operations).
  •  Route and optimize last-mile deliveries, assign agents, and schedule pickups.
  •  Respond to and manage complaints and customer support tickets.
  • Support onboarding and role management for client users & staff.
  •  Maintain security, detect and prevent fraud or abuse.
  •  Generate aggregated, anonymized reports and analytics to improve services.
  • Send service-related communications (status updates, receipts, operational notices).
  • Send marketing communications only when you opt in. You can opt out at any time.

6. Sharing & third parties

We may share personal data with:

  • Service providers (payment processors, SMS/Email/Push providers, cloud hosting,
    analytics, mapping & routing services) who act as data processors.
  •  Logistics partners and subcontractors to perform deliveries or warehousing services.
  •  Legal & compliance authorities when required by law or to respond to lawful requests.
  • Acquirers or advisors in the event of a corporate transaction (sale, merger, asset transfer),
    subject to confidentiality obligations.

We require third parties to maintain appropriate security and to use data only for contracted
purposes. You will be informed of any material change in third-party sharing.

7. Data retention

We retain personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, to comply
with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Typical retention periods:

  • Operational records (orders, tracking) — retained for 3 years.
  •  Support & complaint records — retained for 3 years.
  • Logs & analytics — retained in aggregated or anonymized form after 3 years.

8. Security

We implement reasonable physical, technical, and organizational measures (encryption in transit, access controls, regular security assessments) to protect personal data. While we strive to protect your data, no transmission or storage method is 100% secure.

9. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to:

  •  Access, correct, delete, or export your personal data.
  • Restrict or object to processing (including profiling).
  •  Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.
  • Lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

10. Children

Our App is not intended for children under 18 (or applicable local age). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we learn we have collected data from a child without parental consent, we will delete it promptly.

11. Location & cross-border transfers

Data is processed and stored on servers in India. We may transfer data across borders to service providers and partners; where transfers occur we use appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or other permitted mechanisms).

12. Analytics, SDKs & tracking

We use analytics and performance SDKs to monitor app stability and usage. We disclose all thirdparty SDKs that collect user data in the App Store / Play Store privacy declarations and in our Data safety form. If any SDK collects identifiers or location, we disclose that and obtain required permissions.

13. Push notifications & marketing

We will ask for your consent where required to send promotional messages. Operational notifications (delivery status, service alerts) are necessary for the service and may be sent without opt-in.

14. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy. We’ll post the revised policy at https://rkfoodland.com/privacy-policy
with an updated “Last updated” date. For material changes, we will notify users via email or in-app
notice.
