A Company incorporated under the provisions of Companies Act, 1956 and having its registered office at Radhakrishna House, Majiwade Village Road, Majiwade, Thane (West), Thane – 400601, Maharashtra, India.
(Formerly known as ‘PLANET VENTURES AND MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED’), a Company incorporated under the provisions of Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at Radhakrishna House, Majiwade Village Road, Thane - 400601, Maharashtra, India.
[Hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Petitioner Companies”]
A Petition under section 230 to 232 and other applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 for the sanction of Scheme of Arrangement and Amalgamation amongst Radhakrishna Business Solutions Private Limited [Transferor Company] and Radhakrishna Foodland Private Limited [Transferee Company / Demerged Company] and Foodland India Private Limited (Formerly known as ‘PLANET VENTURES AND MANAGEMENT PRIVATE LIMITED’) [Resulting Company], presented by the Petitioner Companies on 30th September, 2026 before the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench (‘NCLT’) was admitted by the Hon’ble NCLT on 06th October, 2026. The aforesaid petition is fixed for Final Hearing before the Hon'ble NCLT on 06th November, 2026.
Procedure for Supporting or Opposing the Petition:
If any person concerned is desirous of supporting or opposing the said Petition, he/she/it should send the notice of his/her/its intention signed by him/her/it or his/her/its advocate to the National Company Law Tribunal, Mumbai Bench, 4th Floor, MTNL Exchange Building, G.D.
